Cancellations, No Shows, and Late Arrivals
Your business is truly valued and your cooperation is appreciated!  Please know that I am making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment.

A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required for any scheduled personal appointments including gift certificate sessions.  Failure to provide such notice when cancelling an established appointment will result in a service fee up to 50% of the session cost.  Emergency cancellations will be taken into consideration.

Missed or no-show appointments will result in you being charged the full amount of the session booked.

Depending on my booking schedule, late arrivals may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked.  The session may still need to end on time due to other bookings that immediately follow your appointment.  Full payment is still required.

Due to the extended block of time reserved and advanced scheduling requirements for on-site chair massage jobs, a 72 hour notice is required for cancellation of chair massage events.  Adjustments made to reduce the total number of hours committed for the agreed upon job require a 48 hour notice.  Failure to provide such notice will result in full payment of the original service time requested. 

I have established these important guidelines to ensure I can provide the best possible service to all of my clients, including you!  Respecting everyone's time, as well as honoring the time I have set aside to accommodate them, is imperative.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
